The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, even remembering our names. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had amazing outdoor showers and private pools. The hotel restaurant offered a variety of delicious local and international options at a fair price. The complimentary yoga classes and massages were a great value. The location, set amongst beautiful rice fields and palm trees, provided a tranquil escape from the busy city center. We highly recommend staying here!

Caring friendly staff with a great program of free. Interesting daily activities. Rice paddy trek and daily yoga were highlights. Massage at spa disappointing and not as good as elsewhere. Resort charming in a countryside setting. Great shuttle service into ubud only takes 15 minutes and runs till 10pm. Beautiful bath in bath in "open air" bathroom.

The room at Puri Sunia Resort was absolutely amazing! It was so spacious and had a private terrace that overlooked the beautiful rice paddies and tropical trees. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom with its sunken bath and luxury amenities was top-notch. I felt like I was in paradise!
Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the semi-open bathroom. But hey, that's just my personal preference - some people might love it!

The staff are so friendly, everyone remembers your name. The service is excellent and the food was incredible. Breakfast was an al a carte choice and superb every day. The small number of villas ensures that you get a very personalised experience. An amazing experience all round.

I gotta say, the value for money at this place is very nice! The rooms are not only super clean, but also huge with a private meditation garden in the back. It feels like a hidden jungle oasis, perfect for a romantic getaway or some much-needed relaxation. The staff at Puri Sunia are beyond kind and helpful, making you feel like a VIP from the moment you arrive.
The hotel breakfast menu could use a little improvement. Breakfast was sometimes served cold and there were a few mix-ups with the orders.

My stay in Puri Sunia was fantastic: this place is a paradise and the service is impeccable. I only wish I could stay there longer.

The location was beautiful and the villa amenities were good for the price.
Service was a bit off - they were friendly but slow and didn't get the little things right (for example, taking too long to serve breakfast and neglecting to make up the room until I called). Villa needs some touch-up work.

I had a fantastic time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Bali. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, nestled in the heart of the jungle just north of Ubud. Being surrounded by lush gardens and beautiful lighting made me feel like I was truly immersed in nature. The service at this place was top-notch, with room service available at any time and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even offered bicycle hire and laundry services, making my stay even more convenient.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. It was a truly memorable experience and I can't wait to go back.

Free shuttle from Hotel to Ubud center. Free afternoon tea. Initiation to making balinese offerings.
During my stay, I experienced lots of inconveniences which are unacceptable in a 4 star hotel. First, when I went to bed the first night, I noticed the sheet of my bed was dirty. The housekeepers did not change it the next day: I had to ask for it. Secondly, the hotel is not connected to city electricity yet. It has its own generator. Several electricity shortages occurred during my stay. Thirdly, the third day, back from a full day of visit, I had no hot water in the bathroom and had to wait one hour for it to be fixed. Last but not least, when I checked out, they were not able to debit my Visa credit card with their unique machine ! PS: when I complained, they offered a diner but wanted to charge the drinks (water and a juice) !!!

This resort is located in a peaceful area, away from the busy streets. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to reach the main market in town, making it easy to explore without the hassle of finding transportation. The rooms are spacious and offer stunning views of the gardens and pools. The staff is polite and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The timing of the roosters crowing and barking dogs at night could be a slight disturbance initially, but we were able to embrace the sounds of the rural surroundings.

Perfect personnel, very nice architecture, as local as possible, good kitchen. Little bit far from Ubud center, but hourly shuttle makes guests life easy.

The room was lovely, big comfortable bed and good facilities. It is quite a small resort which means that the staff are very friendly and personal, learning your name and going out of their way to help you- even letting you use their computer and printer in the office! The views from the restaurant are lovely, overlooking a rice paddy.
The breakfast menu is quite limited, and in particular the 'continental breakfast' was incredibly small, consisting of two tasty but very small pancakes, which left me still quite hungry.
